Privacy Policy

At TheHighClub.ca, we understand your privacy is important. We value our relationship with you and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal identifying information (“PII”).

Hosting Service

Our hosting is dedicated to the principles of free-speech and our servers are not based in Canada or the United States. We assure that your privacy and data are safe and protected. At TheHighClub.ca, we are an online mail-order marijuana service that is a licensed producer in Health Canada’s ACMPR. The Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) allows Canadians to purchase their medicinal cannabis through a licensed producer. Our intention is to make it easier for Canadians who require medicinal cannabis therapy to access a premium quality-controlled supply of medicinal marijuana at an affordable price.

Emailing

Our entire mailbox is encrypted (end-to-end), and the only unencrypted data are mail addresses of users as well as senders and recipients of emails. We use a secure encrypted email service to protect all your personal information. To take full advantage of end-to-end encryption, we recommend you to use an encrypted email as well (Protonmail or Tutanota).

DDoS Protection

We incorporated Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection to protect your information. We take the integrity of our customers’ information very seriously.
